Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

1. Donations

All donations made to Grow Community Solutions are non-refundable. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the generosity of our donors to support our programs and services. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be refunded except under the following rare circumstances:

  • A donation was made by error (for example, an incorrect amount).

  • A duplicate donation was made accidentally.

If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at info@growcommunitysolutions.org or call us at (423) 555-1234. We will review your request and respond promptly.

2. Event Registrations & Ticketed Programs

If you have registered for a paid event organized by Grow Community Solutions and need to cancel:

  • Full refunds may be granted if you notify us at least 7 days prior to the event date.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may not be eligible for a refund, though we may allow you to transfer your registration to another person or to a future event.

3. Merchandise Sales

If you purchased merchandise (such as T-shirts or educational materials) from Grow Community Solutions:

  • Returns are accepted for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery, with photos if possible, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for merchandise due to change of mind or incorrect size, so please review sizing or product details carefully before purchase.

4. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
